Cancellation Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled before 3 April 2019 – 100% of the Congress fee is refundable
If cancelled from 3 April to 3 May 2019 – 50% of the Congress fee is refundable
No refunds are payable from 3 MAY 2019 onwards
All cancellations are subject to a €40 administrative fee

Registration Substitution Policy:
Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a €10 administrative fee

DCU Campus Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 95 days prior to booking date – a full refund is applicable
If cancelled after 95 days prior to booking date – cancellation fees will apply
